Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Postlore, a social media publishing and intelligence application ("Postlore", "the Application", "we", "us", or "our") operated by BlocWeave and available at postlore.com. By accessing the website, creating an account, or using any feature of the Postlore application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you use Postlore on behalf of a company, agency, client, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use Postlore only in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of workspace information, connected account access, and billing details you provide.
You must review generated content before publication and ensure that your use of the platform is appropriate for your brand, audience, and regulatory context.
You must not use Postlore to evade plan limits, abuse AI-assisted features, automate excessive low-intent generation, or use the service in a way that creates disproportionate platform, infrastructure, or provider cost without legitimate business use.
You must not repeatedly disconnect and reconnect social platforms, rotate connected accounts, or switch platform connections in a way that is intended to bypass third-party provider rules, account limits, review processes, or usage restrictions.

Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of Postlore require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan limits, available payment methods, and billing providers may vary by user location, selected plan, promotional terms, or future product updates.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once charged. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges associated with your selected plan.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Postlore relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, publishing, analytics, messaging, and AI-assisted functionality. Your use of connected services may also be subject to those providers’ separate terms and policies.

Postlore includes an optional integration with Canva that allows you to open the Canva design editor from within the Composer. If you use this feature, you are interacting with Canva’s platform and are subject to Canva’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in addition to these terms. Postlore is not affiliated with Canva and is not responsible for the availability, content policies, or terms of the Canva service.

Postlore includes a stock photo search feature powered by the Unsplash API. Photos surfaced through this feature are provided by Unsplash and its photographer community under the Unsplash License, which permits free commercial use. When you select a photo, Postlore records the download event with Unsplash as required by their API guidelines, and photographer attribution is displayed in the Composer. Your use of photos obtained through this feature is subject to the Unsplash Terms of Service. Postlore is not affiliated with Unsplash and is not responsible for the availability, licensing accuracy, or content of photos provided through the Unsplash API.

Postlore includes integrations with social media and publishing platforms. When you connect a platform account, you authorize Postlore to act on your behalf subject to the terms of that platform. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies:

YouTube: By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms) and Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can review or revoke Postlore's access to your Google account at any time via Google's security settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions).

LinkedIn: By connecting a LinkedIn account, you agree to LinkedIn's User Agreement (linkedin.com/legal/user-agreement) and Privacy Policy (linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy). Your use of LinkedIn features through Postlore must comply with LinkedIn's API Terms of Use.

TikTok: By connecting a TikTok account, you agree to TikTok's Terms of Service (tiktok.com/legal/terms-of-service) and Privacy Policy (tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy). Content published through Postlore to TikTok is subject to TikTok's Community Guidelines.

X (Twitter): By connecting an X account, you agree to X's Terms of Service (x.com/en/tos) and Privacy Policy (x.com/en/privacy). Content published through Postlore to X is subject to X's Rules.

To protect the service and maintain compliance with our providers, Postlore may monitor feature usage patterns, AI-assisted activity volume, platform connection changes, publishing behavior following connection changes, and related operational signals.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, API limitations, or enforcement actions imposed by third-party platforms or processors.

Content and Workspace Responsibility

You retain responsibility for the content you create, upload, schedule, publish, or distribute using Postlore.
You confirm that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to use uploaded media, brand assets, account credentials, and connected channels.
You must not use Postlore to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or harmful material.
You must not use Postlore to interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or lawful operation of the service.

AI-Generated Outputs

Postlore may generate captions, content plans, timing suggestions, hashtags, summaries, and other recommendations. These outputs are provided as assistive tools and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving generated outputs before publication, distribution, or reliance. Postlore does not guarantee engagement results, commercial performance, regulatory compliance, or platform approval of generated content.

Intellectual Property

Postlore, including its software, design, branding, workflows, and related materials, is owned by BlocWeave or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the platform for your internal business or professional purposes.

Termination

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend specific features, disconnect integrations, or terminate access to Postlore if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created legal, provider, cost, or security risk, failed to pay required fees, or used the platform in a way that harms the service, our providers, or other users.

This may include repeated abusive AI usage, attempts to bypass plan or feature limits, or repeated platform connection switching followed by publishing activity where we reasonably believe the pattern creates provider compliance risk or threatens the stability of the service.

You may stop using the platform at any time. Certain provisions, including those relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute handling, will survive termination where applicable.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Postlore is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific engagement outcomes, or compatibility with every third-party platform or market condition.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlocWeave and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from or related to your use of Postlore, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If changes are material, we will revise the effective date and provide reasonable notice through the website, application, or email where appropriate. Continued use of Postlore after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
